REFLECTIONS - FELICIA (watercolour painting)

Watercolour and a bit of white acrylic ink on paper.
20 x 20 cm

Approx 5 hours.

I wanted to challenge myself in terms of medium and size. This isnt a very large painting but I wanted to test some new brushes out, (not even watercolour brushes, but Daler Rowney Polar acrylic ones, I use the same brushes for everything) The thing on the right is a pentel watercolour brush pen, It worked really well, but gets clogged quite easliy, or too much comes out. I Always use kitchen paper to get rid of the excess. I mixed a little white acrylic ink at the end with white watercolor for the highlight effect in the eyelid.
